Cricket and Antoinette(2023)

Cricket & Antoinette is the first Croatian 3D animated feature film. Inspired by Aesop’s famous fable and Jean de La Fontaine’s poem about the cricket and the ant, it achieved great success in Croatian cinemas and was distributed in more than 70 countries worldwide.

Ket, a guitar-playing cricket, leads a band that entertains the carefree bugs. Nearby lives Antoinette, the heiress of the anthill, where music is forbidden and only discipline and hard work are allowed. They meet by accident, and affection grows between them. Antoinette tries to warn the crickets about the upcoming winter, but to no avail.

When Antheodor, an overambitious ant, kidnaps her, it is Ket and his friends who come to her rescue.
